Lauren did a wonderful job creating a program for my mother-in-law's funeral Mass. We were very distracted throughout the whole process, yet Lauren was kind and receptive to all of our questions and wishes for change. We had her change it when we found a different prayer for the back. Lauren helped customize the program to be more esthetic and made suggestions but always willing to accept any decisions we made. We even had her change the program again when we spoke with the music director at the church who suggested a different order for our chosen songs. Lauren made all of the changes quickly and once we finally decided she had them created and ready the next day. She even printed out hard copies of the readings to be brought to church. My father passed away in a short notice and we could not get memorial cards anywhere. After a short google search we found Lauren's online page and my son contacted her. We explained to her we had less than 24hours to get 125 laminated memorial cards for his services. Lauren was very kind and told us she could get it done for us! She sent us a beautiful mock up of the cards with open options to adjust photos or prayers but there was no need she nailed it on the first shot! lauren's personalized mass cards made a difficult experience in my life much easier to get through. Not only did she make the most beautiful designs, she guided me through poetry, prayers, and music.
